1. Acceptance of Terms

8. Limitation of Liability

We do not warrant that mnl7 services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 8.1 Force Majeure

mnl7 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms when such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, earthquakes, accidents, strikes, labor disputes, telecommunications failures, internet service provider failures, power outages, software or hardware malfunctions, or government regulations. During force majeure events, our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of such event.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of mnl7 services, you agree to first contact mnl7 customer support and attempt to resolve the matter informally through good faith negotiations. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through our customer support channels. If informal resolution proves unsuccessful within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under Philippine arbitration rules rather than through court litigation.

The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language, by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties or, failing agreement, appointed according to Philippine arbitration procedures. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding upon both parties, with limited grounds for appeal. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees, with arbitration fees split equally unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. By agreeing to arbitration, both parties waive their rights to have disputes heard by a judge or jury and to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitrations.

10. Modifications and Termination

mnl7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice or liability. This includes the right to: (a) modify these Terms and other policies governing the platform; (b) change, add, or remove games from our portfolio; (c) adjust deposit and withdrawal limits; (d) modify or cancel promotions; (e) implement new features or remove existing features; and (f) temporarily suspend operations for maintenance or upgrades.
